Shamanic Healing, Minday-Ki & Spiritual Healing in Ringwood

Shamanic Healing

Shaman is traditionally known as a medicine man or woman and is regarded as a healer within indigenous tribal cultures.

I do not portray myself as a Shaman, as I was not born into an indigenous tribe. However, I practise the Shamanic way and work as a qualified Shamanic Practitioner, using ancient healing techniques to support people on their journey towards balance, wellbeing, and personal empowerment.

Shamanic traditions believe that many physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges can arise when we become energetically out of balance. Through Shamanic Healing, the aim is to identify and address the root causes of these imbalances, helping to restore harmony within mind, body, and spirit.

Every Shamanic Healing journey begins with a full consultation. During this time, we will discuss your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, as well as any concerns or goals you may have. Together, we will decide which healing approach is most suitable for your individual needs at this stage of your life.

Many Shamanic healing techniques are interactive, with both practitioner and client working together throughout the process. Other treatments are carried out by the practitioner on your behalf.

Sessions are usually completed with an energy balancing treatment to help settle and integrate the healing work that has taken place. To conclude, I may use White Sage for cleansing and Sweetgrass to invite positive and uplifting energies. Alternative methods can always be used if preferred.

Both men and women are welcome for all Shamanic treatments.

Please allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per appointment.

Remote Healing and Journeying sessions are also available for those unable to attend in person.

  • £30 for a one-hour session
  • £50 for up to a two-hour session

Shamanic Healing

A Shamanic Healing session is a gentle, deeply relaxing experience. Using drums, rattles, sacred healing techniques, and energetic practices, the aim is to help release energetic blockages, stress, emotional burdens, and negative energy, restoring balance and harmony within the body and spirit.

Soul Retrieval

In Shamanic traditions, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are closely connected. It is believed that during times of trauma or significant life challenges, part of our life-force energy may withdraw as a protective mechanism.

Soul Retrieval is a sacred healing ceremony intended to help facilitate the return of these lost aspects of ourselves, supporting a deeper sense of wholeness, vitality, confidence, and personal empowerment.

Experiences that may contribute to soul loss can include:

  • Bereavement
  • Divorce or relationship breakdown
  • Surgery
  • Accidents or injuries
  • Addiction
  • Physical, emotional, or sexual abuse
  • Natural disasters
  • Experiences of violence or conflict
  • Acting against our deepest values
  • Any event that causes profound emotional suffering

The soul can be thought of as our essence, vitality, and life-force—the part of us that helps us feel connected, alive, and complete.

Sword Cleansing

Do you feel unable to move forward after a relationship, difficult life experience, or challenging workplace situation?

Within Shamanic traditions, it is believed that energetic attachments and unresolved experiences can sometimes remain within our energy field, creating emotional, mental, or spiritual blocks.

During a Sword Cleansing, symbolic energetic objects such as chains, ropes, cords, hoods, or other forms may be identified through Shamanic vision. These are understood to represent energetic patterns, emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, or attachments that may be affecting your wellbeing.

The purpose of the ceremony is to clear these energetic influences and restore balance, helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.

This is an interactive healing process where both practitioner and client work together. You will be fully supported and protected throughout the session.

Please note that the sword is used purely as a symbolic ceremonial tool.

Illumination

Illumination is a powerful healing process designed to help release deeply rooted emotional pain and energetic imprints that may have been left behind by difficult experiences or relationships.

These experiences may involve family members, partners, former partners, friends, employers, authority figures, or anyone who has caused emotional hurt, heartache, disappointment, or distress.

During the process, you are guided to safely express emotions that may have been suppressed, allowing healing, understanding, and release to take place.

Illumination can be a profound and transformative experience that helps free the emotional energy held within the body and spirit.

Cutting of Ties

Do you feel emotionally drained, unable to move on, or strongly attached to someone from your past?

Cutting of Ties is a healing ceremony that works with energetic cords believed to connect us to other people. These cords can sometimes leave us feeling depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, or unable to move forward.

The intention of this process is not to remove love or meaningful connections, but to release unhealthy attachments and restore healthy energetic boundaries.

This healing is carried out by both practitioner and client working together. You will be guided, supported, and protected throughout the process.

Many people experience a renewed sense of freedom, emotional clarity, and personal empowerment following a Cutting of Ties ceremony.

Past Life Healing

Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns, facing similar challenges, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts to move forward?

Past Life Healing is not the same as Past Life Regression. Rather than simply revisiting previous experiences, it focuses on healing and releasing energetic patterns that may be influencing your current life.

During the session, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state similar to meditation. Together we explore past-life experiences that may hold valuable insights, healing, and understanding.

The aim is to help clear energetic blocks, break repetitive cycles, and support you in moving forward with greater awareness and purpose.

Womb Healing (Female Clients)

Womb Healing is a nurturing and supportive healing process that focuses on restoring balance within the feminine energy centres.

This healing may be beneficial for those who have experienced:

  • Miscarriage
  • Abortion
  • Hysterectomy
  • Gynaecological procedures
  • Trauma
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Feelings of disconnection or imbalance

Working together throughout the session, the healing supports emotional release, energetic balance, self-connection, and a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Shamanic Journeying

Shamanic Journeying is a deeply relaxing spiritual practice used to gain guidance, wisdom, healing, and personal insight.

Depending on your needs, a journey may involve:

  • Meeting your Power Animal
  • Connecting with your Spirit Guides
  • Seeking guidance about relationships
  • Exploring career or life direction
  • Receiving support during times of change

Most journeys are carried out by the practitioner while you relax comfortably. In some cases, you may also be guided on your own journey to connect directly with your spiritual allies.

Many people find journeying provides comfort, reassurance, clarity, and a deeper connection to their spiritual path.

Death Rites Ceremony

The Death Rites Ceremony is traditionally performed during or within a week of a loved one's passing.

The intention of the ceremony is to assist the spirit in releasing from the physical body and continuing its journey peacefully. This sacred work can be carried out in person or at a distance.

Psychopomp

Psychopomp work is performed separately from the Death Rites Ceremony and may be carried out at any time following the passing of a person or animal.

The intention is to lovingly assist the spirit on its journey to the spiritual realms, offering guidance, support, and peace as it transitions onward.

There are many other forms of Shamanic Healing available depending upon each individual's needs. During your consultation we will discuss what is most appropriate for your unique circumstances and healing journey.

Introduction to Munay-Ki

The Munay-Ki are the Nine Great Rites of Passage. The word Munay-Ki comes from the Quechua language and translates as "I Love You." These sacred rites originate from the High Shamans of the Inka and can be traced back to the original Laika, the Himalayan Wisdom Keepers of over 30,000 years ago.

The wisdom of the Munay-Ki lies at the heart of many spiritual traditions, although it may be expressed in different forms throughout the world.

Ancient prophecies of the Americas speak of a new human emerging on Earth—one who lives free from fear and resides in a state of higher consciousness and harmony with nature. The Munay-Ki are believed to hold the energetic codes for this new human.

The Nine Rites of the Munay-Ki are initiations that support personal transformation and spiritual growth. These energetic transmissions are said to transform and upgrade your Luminous Energy Field (LEF), helping to heal wounds from the past and release inherited karmic, ancestral, and limiting belief patterns. Through this process, you are invited to step more fully into your true potential.

Each of the Nine Great Rites has its own unique initiation ceremony. These sacred rites can only be passed on by someone who has received all nine initiations. The rites are transmitted as energetic seeds, which are nurtured and strengthened through beautiful Fire Ceremonies following each initiation.

Workshop Structure

The Nine Great Rites are taught over three one-day workshops, spaced approximately one month apart, allowing time for integration and personal growth between each stage.

Workshop One

10:00am – 4:00pm

During the first workshop you will receive the first four sacred rites, with each initiation sealed through a Fire Ceremony.

Rite One – Healer's Rite

Connects you to a lineage of luminous healers from the past, assisting your personal transformation and awakening your innate healing abilities.

Rite Two – Bands of Power

Using a Pi Stone, five energetic bands are woven into your Luminous Energy Field to provide protection and support.

Rite Three – Harmony Rite

A transmission of seven archetypal energies into the chakras, bringing the gifts, wisdom, and healing qualities associated with each archetype.

Rite Four – Seer's Rite

Pathways of light awaken the inner seer, enhancing your ability to perceive the invisible worlds of energy and spirit.

Workshop Two

10:00am – 3:00pm

Held approximately one month after the first workshop, you will receive three further sacred rites, each completed with a Fire Ceremony.

Rite Five – Daykeeper's Rite

Connects you to a lineage of master healers from ancient times. This rite supports the healing of the inner feminine, helping you move beyond fear and embody peace.

Rite Six – Wisdomkeeper's Rite

Connects you to a lineage of luminous beings from both the past and future. This rite supports healing of the inner masculine, helping you step beyond time and experience a deeper connection with infinity.

Rite Seven – Earthkeeper's Rite

Connects you with the guardians and stewards of life on Earth, deepening your relationship with nature and your role as a caretaker of the planet.

Workshop Three

10:00am – 2:00pm

Approximately one month after Workshop Two, you will receive the final two sacred rites, each completed with a Fire Ceremony.

Rite Eight – Starkeeper's Rite

This rite supports the evolution of Homo Luminous. It is said to re-inform the DNA, slow the ageing process, strengthen resilience, and support overall wellbeing.

Rite Nine – Creator Rite

Awakens the Creator Light within, inspiring stewardship and responsibility for all creation—from the smallest grain of sand to the vast galaxies of the universe.

Certification

Upon successful completion of all three workshops, you will receive a certificate enabling you to teach and pass on the Nine Great Rites of Passage to others.

The 13th Rite  of the Womb

The Rite of the Womb is the beautiful 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki.

This sacred rite is offered for personal healing, growth, and transformation, while also helping to bring healing to our Earth Mother. It supports the healing of pain and suffering that women have carried through many generations.

The Rite of the Womb is deeply connected to the Divine Feminine, the energy of the Moon, and the sacred cycles of the womb. It is gifted through a beautiful ceremony that includes connecting with the ancient lineage of Grandmothers who have come before us.

After receiving the Rite of the Womb, there are three beautiful ways of honouring and nurturing the seeds that have been awakened within the womb space. These practices will be fully explained during the initiation.

As a Keeper of the Womb, it is a great honour to share this sacred rite and facilitate this beautiful ceremony, either on a one-to-one basis or within small groups. Whether family, friends, or people we have yet to meet, we are all connected as one within the Universe.

You do not need to have received the nine Munay-Ki Rites of Passage to receive the Rite of the Womb.

This rite may be received by women of any age, including pre-menarche girls (those who have not yet begun menstruation, or as I lovingly prefer to call it, their "Moon Time").

Men may also receive this rite if they feel called to do so for their own personal healing journey and to connect more deeply with their inner feminine energy.

Please allow approximately two hours for the workshop and initiation of the Rite of the Womb.

Cost: £30 per person
