Crystal Healing is a gentle, calming and deeply relaxing therapy that uses the natural energy of crystals to help restore balance and harmony within the body, mind and spirit.

During a Crystal Healing session, a variety of carefully selected crystals are placed on and around your fully clothed body to encourage deep relaxation and help release stress, tension, pain and accumulated negative energy. The treatment works with both the physical body and the subtle energy systems, including the chakras and aura, helping to support your body's natural ability to heal and rebalance itself.

Crystals may be used individually or arranged in specific crystal grid patterns, depending on your unique needs. They are often placed on areas of discomfort or on the body's energy centres, known as the chakras. These subtle energy vortexes run along the centre of the body and play an important role in maintaining physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

The seven main chakras can each be supported by particular crystals chosen for their energetic qualities. Additional crystals may also be placed around the body to help connect and harmonise the auric field with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your being.
